Pricing and Payment

• Quotes: Unless otherwise stated, any price quote we provide is valid for 30 days.
• Taxes: Our prices do not include taxes or duties. You are responsible for any applicable sales or value-added taxes unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate.
• Payment Terms: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date.
• Late Payments: We kindly ask that you pay on time. Overdue balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest rate (or the maximum allowed by law).

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship our products FCA (Free Carrier) from our facility.
• We will always do our best to meet delivery schedules, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or carrier issues).
• We may occasionally make partial shipments to get products to you faster, which will be invoiced separately.

Cancellations and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our customer service team is here to help.

• Return Window: Eligible items can be returned within 60 days of receipt.
• Return Authorization (RMA): Please contact us to get an RMA number before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to you at your expense.
• Our Mistakes or Defective Items: If we shipped the wrong item or if it arrived defective, we will issue a full credit.
• Ordering Errors: If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, we will issue a partial credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on opened chemicals, personalized products, discontinued items, or goods valued over $1,000.

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. We warrant that our items will conform to our published specifications when used properly by trained professionals.

• Coverage Period: Unless specified otherwise, our warranty covers equipment for 1 year from shipment, and all other products for 90 days or until their stated expiration date (whichever comes first).
• Remedy: If a product is defective during the warranty period, we will gladly replace it to you.
• Note: This warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage. We do not warrant that products will achieve any specific experimental result.
